Professional competent and friendly.
I offered my sale to Ben as their Agency had been managing my property very satisfactorily for some years. Ben came to our house, totally prepared with different types of options for sale. There was no pressure to make expensive renovations before sale, just very solid suggestions that would increase interest in the property and increase sale price. After the initial interview I accepted all their suggestions and placed the property in Ben's hands. He arranged for all the suggestions to be carried out and the property sold within 2 weeks at a price greater than my expectations. We will be using Ben and his agency again and have already recommended him to one of our friends who have an impending sale coming up.
