I first met Nick after he was recommended to me. At our first meeting he offered me great advice & guidance & I immediately felt comfortable that he was the right agent to sell my property. I wasn't wrong! He achieved a great result after only a few weeks on the market & I was very satisfied with the service & result. I would highly recommend him to any potential seller - you won't be disappointed!!

This is the 3rd property I've purchased through David over the last 7 years. The greatest compliment I can pay him is the fact that his communication is always clear and concise. He's punctual in what he does, flexible in allowing individual inspections and most importantly honest in his approach.

I first dealt with David Aktas at First National when selecting a new rental agent. A year on I contacted him in relation to selling my unit. His communication and professionalism has been excellent, with detailed buyer feedback and market movement updates.
