Ben always contact me on time and sent me the report of the interested clients. He is a experienced real estate agent who helped me sale the apartment within two months at an expected price. I would recommend him to my friends if they need.

Ben is aware and keep a tap on market trends and shared few videos to let us know how is the market doing, which will be better months and full periods.

My experience with agents hasn't been great over the years. I found my dealings with Ben a breathe of fresh air. I didn't feel I was being sold to or mislead. Ben was very down to earth, diligent, and honest which I really appreciate. The whole process was smooth and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thanks Ben!

Fantastic Service From Nick. After speaking to 5 agents we decided to use Nick Nick was very genuine, he helped and guided us every step of the way. His honesty and hard work that went into selling our property was just on another level. We got more that what we were looking for with the sale of our property. Ben is an efficient and dedicated real estate professional and it was a pleasure dealing with him. His knowledge of the market and advice on how to achieve the best outcome is very much appreciated. Not surprisingly, he was able to secure a higher than expected price on the sale of our property.

Nick was able to secure an off market sale within one week of my initial meeting with him. He was easy to work with, went out of his way to drive around to get contracts signed and was able to navigate a slight bump in the cooling off period. I would highly recommend him, particularly if you are selling in the Ryde area as his local knowledge and contacts are exceptional.

David is a delightful gentleman and a credit to the Real Estate Industry. We consider that his ethics were impeccable. From the moment we met him his punctuality, smile and professionalism assured us that we had chosen the right person to sell our home of 49 years. The result on auction day was excellent, due to David’s hard work.
