Proactive, reliable, and highly professional leasing process.

Working with Jai and the team at First National Westwood has been an outstanding experience. Throughout the process of leasing 80 Exploration Avenue, Jai demonstrated excellent market knowledge and communication skills, keeping us updated after every open inspection. We highly appreciated his honesty regarding applicant profiles and his proactive approach... even going above and beyond to arrange the property's bins for us. Jai is cooperative, transparent, and a true professional. We are glad to have our property managed by him and highly recommend his services!

I’ve had a fantastic experience with the team at First National Westwood from start to finish. The rental application process was straightforward, communication was clear, and I always knew what was required at each stage. The team made the approval process smooth and stress-free, which is something that isn't always easy to find in the rental market. Since moving in, any maintenance requests have been handled promptly and professionally, giving me confidence that both tenants and properties are genuinely cared for.
