The process of register the property with First National was very easy and the ladies there were very helpful with everything that was going on. The process of getting keys and all that sort of thing was straightforward enough and I was happy with it all. The only thing that I would ask for in the future or would be helpful to tenants would be to have manuals for things like ovens that are different roller shutters etc. As if you haven’t used it before you have no clue how to do that and how they work, etc.

Praise Our real estate agent Kylie/chloe has been exceptional from start to finish. They communicated clearly, acted promptly, and always went above and beyond to ensure we understood every step of the process. Their expertise, honesty, and genuine care made all the difference. We truly appreciate the hard work and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a property.

As my first time going through First National Real Estate, Shenay has given me a wonderful first impression. Super friendly when I met her at the inspection, very responsive and kept me up to date with every step of my application progressing. Amanda, has also been amazing! Greeted with a massive smile when she walked in and quick to respond VIA email. It’s been nice to feel like I have real estate agents who care, and are ontop of what they are doing

We had a great experience with First National. Chloe has been amazing right from the day we commenced the tenancy. She is definitely one of the best agents we have worked with so far. Always prompt in her responses, she took care of all our queries and followed up to ensure everything was resolved. She made our time here very smooth. We would definitely recommend her and will also reach out to her in the future for any of our real estate needs.

I’ve recently rented my property from first national Westwood . This experience is always stressful trying to find a house but this realtor makes the process stress free and smooth. Their communication is exceptional and I did go to the office and all staff made me feel like I was the only person in the world and were very welcoming. Forget the rest believe me I used most but the team at First national werribee is the best by the length of the Flemington straight. A big huge thank you to all staff.
