We selected Tony as our agent after check out a couple of others. Initially we thought Tony was a better fit to our style of operating. We soon discovered he was a great communicator, always available, very supportive and aware of our needs. He wasn't always in our face but we knew he was there. His reports were helpful on the journey. We were very pleased in the marketing of the property. We decided to sell through auction and managed to do so albeit we ended up with only one bidder. The fact that we had a successful outcome was largely due to Tony's outstanding negotiation skills. He continued to help after the sale with guiding us on the negotiation of our new property.
