We feel incredibly lucky to have met an agent like Rae. We have never had an agent sell a house for us who actually sought to understand our needs like Rae did (for this sale we had very specific needs, including timeframes, as we are moving overseas). Not only did she understand them, she was able to innovate to meet them. She suggested an 'open day' instead of a series of open homes - which met our needs (as we work from home). She advised us to get an independent building inspection, which made everything so much quicker and easier during the sale. We had a sale at a more than acceptable price within a couple of weeks. We believe that because she understood our situation properly she was also able to find ways to ensure that our purchasers were also satisfied with their purchase - which we believe is the best way to ensure a great settlement for all parties. There's no cookie-cutter approach with Rae. She listened, and offered great advice and solutions based on what we as her clients needed. It's genuine bespoke, boutique service and we couldn't be more grateful. She delivered an efficient sale and a great price for us and helped us at every stage of it. 20/10. I wouldn't sell with anyone else, and frankly I'd prefer to buy from her too.

Paul and Di were really great to work with on the sale of our beautiful house.
