Having purchased 12 properties over the last 3 years, my experience with various agents has ranged from very below average to above average. From the first meeting / introduction to Rae at an open home of the last property I purchased it was obvious that she was way above her peers in interpersonal skills, bearing, knowledge of the property and its history, flair with presentation of property information, the flexibility or otherwise of the vendor and her professional yet highly engaging manner. Subsequent dealings during the offer stage and ultimate agreement on a contract was handled with ease and diligence. I was fully briefed on progress at each stage of the process and her cheerful manner was not affectation, but rather a unique and sincere approach that gives a buyer a feeling their decision to proceed has been a wise decision and in their long term best interests. In essence, she is a remarkable people person, beyond par, and she displays significant leadership qualities that would hold her in good stead should she wish to pursue further in a managerial / supervisory role. If all agents in the industry were this good, I would own 20 more houses. A role model for your industry.
