Overall, we were very happy with Paul’s commitment and service to our sale process. We missed out on a purchase of a property he was selling, but when another property came along, he really worked hard for us to make the deal happen, including a tough post-contract negotiation. Communication was great, with regular calls and messages. It was always clear what was happening and when. He was also readily available and willing to work with us to achieve a good result in the end.
