We didn't expect many buyers at that stage, but Paul maintained a steady stream of prospective buyers, keeping us updated and giving feedback all the way. Fairly soon Paul had matched our house with a couple that valued the strong points of our property and negotiated a price that we were happy with. We decided to sell our property in Tasmania. Living in WA we thought it would be a bit hard. After being told that Paul was the one to go to for Trevallyn properties we gave him a call had a discussipn decided yes this was the guy for us. On the market one day and had an interested party the next day viewed a couple of days later, offer the same day but better still more than what we thought we would get. What more can you ask for.
