We knew that Paul had the runs on the board when it came to selling property in Trevallyn. We liked his realistic and no fuss approach to listing our property. We didn't want to have an auction and Paul respected our decision. We had a very quick sale (after less than a week we had two firm offers) one of which we accepted on Paul's advice. Paul worked tirelessly to show the property to a number of clients, often showing several groups through at the same time as we had tenants so he had to work around them.
