When an experienced agent is worth their weight in gold.

We were selling a very small 1 bedroom apartment which banks don't usually lend to so our market reach was quite small. Throw in a horror budget by the federal government, auction clearance rates at only 50% and we were nervous sellers. Surprisingly to us, due to an excellent advertising campaign, there was significant interest with updates and insights provided by Golan keeping us in the loop every few days. Having an experienced, knowledgeable agent working for you in these difficult times is priceless. Golan provided his experienced, balanced approach which led to a sale in the week before the scheduled auction just as we had set the achieved reserve price. You want Golan as your agent. There is no better agent to sell your property with. Experienced, calm, working for you.

I was selling during turbulent world times and increasing interest rates but with advice and a professional campaign put together by Golan, I was very happy with the sale result just days before the auction date.
