Golan was approached with the goal of achieving a private sale with a minimum of fuss in a short time frame and without advertising the property, but to achieve the price we set. He displayed to us a very professional courteous manner which is what we wanted. The job required dredging through many potential contacts who had previously expressed an interest in the facets of the property which we had.
