Hodges Caulfield, were originally appointed to manage our rental property and when it came time to sell, based on their exceptional service, we had no hesitation in appointing them as the selling agent. We were introduced to Oren and he immediately impressed with his no nonsense approach. Our conversation, resulting in his appointment, was open and to the point. Oren spoke about what we needed to know rather than what we wanted to hear. Oren’s communication throughout the auction campaign was a critical factor in determining the ultimate sale of our property. No challenge was too great for Oren and he went above and beyond, to address the many issues arising from selling a rental property, with the tenants occupying the property during the marketing campaign. Negotiating with the tenants regarding access to and maintaining the property in the best state for marketing was left to Oren and the co-operation achieved from the tenants was amazing. Whilst the property did not sell at auction, the dogged determination that Oren displayed after the event, resulted in the property’s sale that afternoon. Golan introduced us to a property project currently under construction. He listened carefully to our needs, assisted in dealing with the builder and architect and essentially facilitated the entire deal from introduction to signing of contracts.
