We couldn't rave about Oren and his team at Hodges Caulfield enough. We have sold a property with Oren before and we were once again thrilled with the results. From our very first meeting he was honest and kept us updated at every point throughout the campaign. Oren also attended every open and spoke to all potential buyer and to build a rapport before the auction. Even though the house didn't sell at auction, Oren and his team were very calm and reassuring in planning how to move forward. The team continued to work hard to get fresh interest and we were able to sell the home 3 days after auction for the full asking price. From our first meeting, Oren was always keen and enthusiastic - offering advice and help in preparing our property for sale and always being available to answer any questions. Not only did he recommend reliable tradesmen to prepare the property for sale, he himself arranged for the removal of our old furniture which was no longer required - attending multiple times when people needed to collect it. This saved me a huge amount of time and effort. The sales campaign was professionally conducted and resulted in a sale before auction for a price that was well above what we expected. I couldn't recommend him m ore highly.
