We couldn't rave about Oren and his team at Hodges Caulfield enough. We have sold a property with Oren before and we were once again thrilled with the results. From our very first meeting he was honest and kept us updated at every point throughout the campaign. Oren also attended every open and spoke to all potential buyer and to build a rapport before the auction. Even though the house didn't sell at auction, Oren and his team were very calm and reassuring in planning how to move forward. The team continued to work hard to get fresh interest and we were able to sell the home 3 days after auction for the full asking price. We could not recommend Oren and his team highly enough and look forward to working with them again in the future.

From our first meeting, Oren was always keen and enthusiastic - offering advice and help in preparing our property for sale and always being available to answer any questions. Not only did he recommend reliable tradesmen to prepare the property for sale, he himself arranged for the removal of our old furniture which was no longer required - attending multiple times when people needed to collect it. This saved me a huge amount of time and effort. The sales campaign was professionally conducted and resulted in a sale before auction for a price that was well above what we expected. I couldn't recommend him m ore highly.

Oren was fantastic and cared for us the whole way as we embarked on buying and selling in limited time span. His negotiation skills were excellent as he assisted us in the purchase of our new home and made sure we were very comfortable with the process the whole way through. When it came to selling our home, he was at all of the opens himself so he knew each of the potential buyers personally and was able to use that rapport on the auction day. We were constantly kept in the loop on all potential buyers and no question was left unanswered. A difficult auction that he managed the crowd really well, settling a disruptive bidder to maintain control of proceedings. Oren is an honest and reliable person that made a stressful situation almost pleasant. He and his team did everything possible to make sure we got the result we were after.
