I was initially referred to Oren through a friend and immediately felt like I was in safe hands with the management and selling of my property. The first thing that I could say about Golan is that I find him trustworthy. This is rare for an Agent. He works hard for the Vendor and is able to negiate a fair price so that both the Vendor and the Purchaser feel that they have done well in the deal. I highly recomend him and its because he does not come from a really big organisation that I feel that I am important to his team. This is important when selling.

One of Golan strengths is that he has lives the area in which he works, and has done all his life. This is a huge advantage in terms of understanding the market. He communicated a very clear sales strategy at the beginning of the campaign and was true to his word as the campaign progressed. Living in a rural area and not being able to speak person-to-person in the lead up to the auction, I needed somebody who would keep me informed about how things were processing. He was very reliable in this regard, ringing when he said he would and keeping me up to date about potential buyers/bidders, which turned out to be quite accurate. In all, Golan did an excellent job and I could highly recommend him.
