Seamless easy experience
Nick and Chris were fantastic while looking for an investment property. We gave them a brief of what we were looking for and within a few days we had looked at a number of properties that suited, putting an offer in within a week.

Nick was professional & attentive to our sale, and kept us regularly informed of progress.
Nick showed a sound knowledge of market values and was able to maneuver client enquiries to make suitable offers. Unexpectantly, several offers were withdrawn due to client's inability to proceed, but Nick found replacement buyers in a short time. Nick has access to prospective buyers over a large area and always found someone to show to the property when offers fell through. His only disappointment was that he was very seldom in his office when we called. I would recommend him as a suitable agent to anyone wishing to sell property.

Excellent experience throughout!
Nick has been fabulous throughout the entire process, keeping us informed at all times and going above and beyond our expectations! We live 500km away from the property we were selling in behalf of our elderly father and the property was empty, Nick acted as the contact for trades and cleanup people and kept an eye on the place in our absence as well as successfully achieving a good price!
