Great communication friendly and easy to work with
Nick has been a huge help In selling our property. Very easy to discuss the process with and get the right outcome for everyone involved. Strongly recommend Nick and the The Flemings team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. If I had a choice of a local agent for next property Nick would be my first point of call.

Pleasure to deal with and achieved a result we were happy with!
Nick was awesome, as a real estate and also on a personal level. From a real estate perspective, he was very professional, great market knowledge, always available and kept us informed every step of the way. This was a remote sale, as we are not locals, and Nick made the whole process easy with his regular communication both via phone and email. The whole process was seamless, and we were happy with the result. On a personal note, we found Nick to be friendly, honest and caring, as this was a reluctant sale due to family loss. Nick was a pleasure to deal with. Would have no hesitation recommending Nick or using him again in the future.

We found Nick to be very professional with both inspections of the property and throughout the purchasing process. He was responsive, he returned our calls promptly and sought further information from the vendors when we requested it. He was punctual and friendly with the face to face interactions and he allowed us to view the property without hovering around us or adding any pressure.
