Swift sale!

A highly recommended professional Real Estate Agent

A truly excellent customer experience
I could not be any happier with the service provided by Nick Ashe at Flemings Property Services, initially as my property manager and later as my agent to sell the property. I have been a customer of the agency (operating under various names) over the last 13 years and had a variety of managers look after my investment property. Not living in the area, I needed someone I could rely on to actually manage my property, coordinate local tradies for maintenance and upkeep of my property (and not just “collect the rent”). Nothing was ever any trouble for Nick. His communication is excellent and always kept me updated about anything to do with my property. He is highly organised and does what he says he will do. Without reservation, Nick was the best property manager I’ve ever had. When I decided to sell my property, Nick had moved into sales and was an obvious choice to be my agent. Nick again coordinated tradies to do a makeover on my property to get the best possible sale price with the minimum outlay. Nick had potential buyers interested even before advertising - and I received an excellent offer without having to go to market ! If you are looking for a true professional - someone who is honest, reliable, trustworthy and easy to work with, I highly recommend Nick to assist you with your next property purchase or sale.
