When I decided to sell my property, I was always going to choose this other agent who I had work connections with. I was sure that I couldn't be persuaded. Then came Jeremy. I was impressed with the marketing strategy and the approach that he was going to take to sell my property. So I chose him instead! My property was a rental in Mont Albert, and I couldn't go to Melbourne due to COVID-19 restrictions. But Jeremy organised the trades and the work required to get my property up to scratch. He did a wonderful job. I was really happy with how well my property was presented! Jeremy called when he said he would; he called me back when I left a message; he replied to all my queries in a timely manner. He went back and forth with the buyers to get me the best price he could. I would honestly highly recommend him, he was such a great agent, and ultimately, the whole process was completely painless, stress-free and a great outcome!
