Rino sold us a block a few years ago and I was impressed with his service then already and so I decided to consider him to be our agent when the time came to sell our house. From the start, I felt very comfortable working with Rino. He responded promptly to any queries and kept me well informed throughout the whole campaign. His pre-sale service was particularly impressive. We wanted to put the house on the market quite quickly, but the house needed a few fixes which involved multiple trades and I felt quite daunted by having to organise different trades, sorting out quotes and getting the work done all in 3 weeks, especially at a time when all tradies were very busy. On top of that, I didn't really know what tasks were worth doing and which were not. Here Rino and his contacts were fantastic. He organised it all, advised on what needed to be done, booked in the tradies and got it all done in the 3 weeks. He also organised a stylist and a removalist. Everything worked seamlessly. The sale campaign was tricky, as we got caught in the 2 week lockdown. Rino adjusted the sale campaign to add more inspections before and after the lockdown and then identified potential buyers and got us a pre-auction offer, which we were happy to accept.
