Efficient and respectful

Class Act in our local area

Very professional and great to deal with
When we bought the property back in 2014, Daiman was the agent. We decided to ask him to be the agent when it was time to sell. Daiman gave us great advice on how to best prepare the property for sale. He was also quite matter of fact about the state of the market, and gave us what turned out to be a very accurate estimate of what price we could expect. I have no hesitation in recommending Daiman (and Fletcher's) to anyone thinking about selling their home. Having seen what he's like when we bought ours, I can also attest to the fact that he is far from the 'pushy' salesman variety of real estate agents. He takes the time to listen and understand the purchaser's needs.

All to time consuming on my part, utmost patience & professionalism shown by Rino Presutto.
Rino was forthright in his knowledge and plans for the successful campaign to sell our home. Professional, knowledgeable and engaging
Jeremy knew what he was doing. He communicated well with us about the process as he capably dealt with a new selling environment (the lockdown period). At all stages he dealt with us respectfully and as partners in the selling process. On those (few) matters where he had a different perspective to us, he had the ability to explain his position and why he believed it would be a better course than our alternative.
