Mark and his team were very approachable and personable. We have recently both bought and sold through Mark, and were very happy. In buying, any questions I had were answered and his professionalism gave me confidence that in using Mark to sell, he would actually give a solid effort in selling our property. He knew how to read the market and gave us sage advice when needed. His communication with us was excellent (particularly when selling), always giving feedback on how inspections went in comparison to what we were expecting, and how we were fairing with similar properties in the area shortly after every inspection. Mark knew we were a little nervous going to auction after a bad experience elsewhere and managed to solicit an initial early offer, from which he was able to negotiate with at least three other purchasers and get us a good price prior to auction. We were thankful for both the effort he put in and his advice (e.g. knowing when to wait) - he managed to secure us a price in excess of what other agents we met with, and our own market research suggested.
