Over the years we have bought and sold property in both Australia and overseas and our recent sale through Jeremy was without a doubt the best experience we have had. Right from the start, Jeremy went out of his way to explain the process and discuss the various options with us. As an inter-state seller, most of our communications were through email with a follow up phone call to clarify or discuss alternative strategies if required. We started the process about two months out from auction day and mapped out a path to ensure the property was appropriately marketed and had enough visiblity to draw a good crowd at auction. The day before auction we had a lengthy discussion to discuss strategies for the day and set expectations based on feedback Jeremy received during the marketing campaign. The auction went off without a hitch and we were pleasantly surprised when bidding exceeded our expectations. Buying and selling property can be a stressful exercise at the best of times but I can honestly say that this sale was without a doubt a painless exercise. In comparison to a recent sale and purchase in another state/country, this was by far the best experince we have had. Jeremy was very professional and forthcoming in all his dealing with us and gave us considerable confidence that we would achieve a good outcome at auction, which we did. I would highly recommend Jeremy to other potential clients and am confident he will provide excellent service as he did for us.

We first met Jeremy through the purchase of our new home as he was the vendors agent. Jeremy is a pleasant and straightforward person to deal with. From the outset we felt were being offered confident and knowledge based advice. Jeremy dealt with any queries we had promptly and at all times we felt he was giving his all to achieve us the best result possible. As a result of Jeremy's outstanding efforts we achieved a result which surpassed our wildest expectations. I have no doubt that Jeremy's people skills and his knowledge of the market played a huge part in the fantastic result we achieved. Jeremy also acted as the auctioneer for the sale of our property. Jeremy and his team listened and responded to what we needed, but also were able to lead us in the right direction when it added value to the marketing campaign. Four agents were canvassed for the responsibility of selling our family home of 46 years. The home to a family of 12 children and their two wonderful parents. The aspect that set Fletchers apart from the rest was Daiman's empathy to our families situation, the recent loss of both parents and the emotional task of selling up the family home. Yes the property was in a great location but every aspect of the marketing and sale process was conducted in a most professional manner resulting in an exceptional result for the family. Daiman and the Fletchers team kept us informed and involved throughout the whole process. Jack Limb's contribution was also invaluable as was the auctioneer.
