Not an easy time to sell real estate and ours is a slightly unusual property in a sought after position. As a 'discretionary' purchase it was never likely to attract large numbers of potential buyers. Charles and his team were ever patient and kept us abreast of interest and developments. We were delighted with the promotional materials and impressed by the professionalism of the stylist, photographers and journalist. We are very pleased to have achieved a result in the range we set before the virus hit. Liam was the Agent for the Vendor of the property my husband and I bought in Oakdean Estate. The Vendor would have had more dealings with him than we did, however I found him very personable and available to answer any questions I had. From my first dealings with Liam I was made to feel comfortable and re assured that my property was in the hands of a professional agent and professionally ran office.
