From the start when we were just looking around at properties, right through to our purchase and move in, Liam was great. He was easy to get in contact with, always returned calls, and was friendly and professional. Liam wasn't pushy, but knew the situation with each property he was selling and could offer information as requested. Liam was a fantastic agent to engage for the sale of our property. This was our first experience selling a property and Liam was able to both inform and educate us throughout process, which led to us being able to make decisions that led to a great result for all parties. We were immediately confident in Liam from our first meeting as it was obvious that he was both very familiar with the area and had done his research on what the current market looked like. Liam and Fletchers were great at keeping communications open prior to going on the market. We found this to be an enjoyable process and always felt like we were informed and involved in decisions including photo selection, board design, marketing and the timing of open houses during the holiday period. During the contract negotiations,we always felt like we knew our position in the market and as potential buyers were expressing interest. We have achieved a result above what we could have expected while being on the market for less than a month.
