Exceptional Agent.

Amazing agent
We had a real problem. Great house - even won a building award - but the market in our area was flat. On the market for two years with two different agents...not a single serious offer. Liam sold it in three weeks! He was a miracle worker. A neighbour recommended Liam ("no nonsense" she said "he just gets it done") You could tell from the first meeting that he was different. Instead of hot air and high promises, Liam just outlined a sensible sales strategy that made us realise he understood the house and the local market. His ideas to attract suitable buyers worked from the first inspection. The offer came before we knew it. The way he secured the sale...at the high end of our asking price....was really impressive at every step. The other staff at Fletchers showed the same professionalism and knowledge of the local market. It's a very professional and friendly operation from start to finish.
