Its a tough time in the market but Liam stuck with the property and achieved close enough to the price he quoted! He communicated and got us the sale we were after, Liam honestly worked really hard and because we were not local to Ocean Grove even ensure the property was presented well arranging a gardener ad cleaners. We found Liam to be very professional in his approach. He was always available and accessible and never rushed us in any way. We inspected the property 5 times before we purchased it and he spent a lot of time answering questions and reverting back to the vendors for feedback.
