Rob and his team from Fletchers at Blackburn were fully engaged from Day 1. Communication was regular and very informed and they executed on the sale program we had established. They also provided a couple of great referrals for the kitchen renovation (Steve) and the styling (Kylie). In a challenging market you need to know the agent is giving 100% and this was the case so wouldn't hesitate to use Rob and the Fletcher's team again.

It appears someone seeks my opinion so here it is. Upon engaging Fletchers Blackburn I soon met Ben and Michelle. During the first few minutes of our meeting they had made me aware of my options, mapped out a sale strategy, explained everything to such a point that I had virtually no qestions to ask. The sale process then proceeded as expected. While the outcomes were not as expected (post numerous interest rate rises) communications & updates were frequent. I cannot criticise their professionalism and felt very satisfied with the avenue of communication that existed.
