Ben Williams of Fletchers Real Estate was an excellent agent. He grew up in the Blackburn area near our house, and understood the special nature of this part of Blackburn, and who might be attracted to live here. The marketing of the property reflected our thoughts about this. Whilst the pre-auction marketing brought an excellent response from many interested families, the real "Blackburn" type of people were not represented amongst them at the auction. But excellent follow-up after the auction, led to a sale three days later. We'd recommend Ben as a very professional agent to deal with.

From the outset, engaging Rob to sell our house just inspired confidence. His concise and accurate appraisal of the local market and how to best present the property gave us clear directions in what we should do. The marketing campaign painted the perfect picture of what our family home was. All the way through the campaign Rob's (and the Fletcher's team) communication was fantastic with updates from the inspections, potential buyers questions and how everything was tracking. The pre auction meeting answered all our questions about how the auction would run, what needed to be completed on the day and settled our nerves. Rob's elite professionalism shone through because all his advice was about getting the best sale result for OUR house at this point in time of the market. Rob's auction skills were fantastic as the many (true) potential buyers played their cards very close to their chest. He encouraged them, reminded them of this opportunity and brought them into the bidding. Just as Rob had explained, once the bidding got going, it opened up and he coaxed each buyer to bid. We were so relieved. Ultimately a great result for us that could not have been achieved with out Rob's initial guidance and advice as well as his work rate throughout the campaign. This also goes for his team at the office, the marketing team, the stylists and all involved. We've already recommend Rob to friends and have no hesitation in continuing to do this.
