Last month I had to sell our family home for my Dad, after interviewing 3 agents I chose to sell with Rob.
Rob listened to my specific needs and requests, we didn’t agree on everything but had a mutual respect for one another which is what I believe made our professional relationship work so well.
As an ex Real Estate Agent myself and having been involved in the property market for many years I had my own ideas. Rob listened and agreed to give it a shot. Initially, we were steering toward an auction but on sign up to sell the property I requested we give a “Private Sale” a go first, I also said to Rob, if that doesn’t work I would be happy to change over to an auction down the track. Rob accepted my request without hesitation.
Rob not only looked the part he also talked the talk and walked the walk, he was always professional, respectful and honest – he really was a pleasure to work with and understood this was also a tough time for me.
As a team player in my own working environment, I truly believe Rob was a great team player to have on my team, and I on his. We bounced ideas, we were accepting of each other’s suggestions and as a result, had a great outcome in less than 2 weeks of listing the property.
