It’s been a tough time to sell a one bedroom apartment, but for over 12 months Jeremy kept chipping away and finally got the job done. And what’s more, the price he sold it for was higher than the asking price. I would highly recommend Jeremy and his team as a selling agent.

Mark and his team were very easy to deal with, provided quality advice on the real estate climate at the time and guidance throughout the sales program, presentation of the property, open inspections though to the auction process and subsequent settlement. Through the sales campaign, we appreciated Mark's attention to communication/updates on a regular basis. That said, the final sale met with our expectations as did Mark's guidance through to settlement. We have no hesitation in recommending Mark and his team.

As a buyer, I had a really good experience with Brooke. She has been responsive to all of my due diligence requests and in getting the answers I need. She is also a friendly agent and someone who would walk me through the process. Consequently, I felt at ease knowing everything about the property before the auction which allowed me to successfully purchase the property. Overall, it was a pleasure to be working with Brooke to purchase the property.
