Spring did a fabulous job of selling our Surrey Hills apartment. She had fantastic knowledge of the area and was able to guide myself and my wife through the process really well. Thank you to Spring for her work!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Spring Chen as my real estate agent, and I can't recommend her highly enough. After a disappointing experience with another agent, Spring truly turned things around. Her dedication, expertise, and personal touch made all the difference in selling my home. She was always available to answer questions and provided invaluable guidance throughout the process. Thank you, Spring, for your outstanding service!

I was thrilled to have Sarah working on my property as she was extremely professional in her approach, both with me and potential buyers. She worked extremely hard to achieve the outcome, and did so with a pleasant manner. Sarah is well versed in using effective marketing methods, and is also an engaging auctioneer.

An excellent team providing experience, local knowledge, diligence, and professionalism. Spring and her team's market knowledge and capability are second to none, with the ability to close deals time and again (this was the second property she sold for us), even in the current slow buyers' market. Would we recommend Spring and her team? Definitely!!

Lily was always a true professional. She was polite and friendly, more importantly she was continuously addressing my concerns through a stressful journey. Although she didn't sell the property for the price I expected, she worked hard to get the sale in a difficult market.

Mark and the team made the whole selling campaign seamless, while quietly nervous as to how the process would work for us, this was quickly diminished once we were underway. Updates were almost daily on potential buyers and Mark identified the eventual buyer and was able to obtain the right price for our house. The advertising campaign was just right for the house and us, while not the best house in the street, the advertising gave off a bright aura and we're sure it attracted people that might not of shown interest without it. Well done Mark and the Fletcher team !!

The entire process of selling our property made us feel reassured and satisfied. From open house to signing the contract, everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. Spring Chen provided excellent service, and every time we communicated with her, she was very helpful. She is highly dedicated, knowledgeable about the market, and offered practical advice that helped us complete the transaction in the shortest time possible. Choosing Spring Chen was the wisest decision.

Guy was incredible throughout our entire sale process; he was extremely knowledgeable about the housing market and was a trusted guide throughout any decisions we had to make. As we were managing the process from out of town, Guy fully took care of everything on the ground and it was incredibly streamlined and not at all stressful. And the outcome was better than we could have imagined! It was great to be working with someone that we could trust with complete confidence. I very highly recommend working with him. Thanks for everything Guy, you’ve been a rock star and we greatly appreciate all your hard work!

Brooke, together with David and John Taylor from Real Estate Agents, Fletchers Canterbury, recently sold a unit for me in Surrey Hills. Brooke conducted herself courteously and professionally at all times, communicated clearly and regularly what was happening with the sale and why. She was a pleasure to deal with and I have no hesitation recommending her and the rest of the team at Fletchers Canterbury. I can only wish her all the best for the future.
