Have known Jeremy for ~ 20 years since I first bought the place just sold. Always had it in mind that would sell it through him. He has always been very personable and professional and I am pleased to have gone with him on this occasion. I would add that I found his advice to largely ignore valuations suggested in RealEstate(.com) to be spot on. As it turned out, the property never got within cooee of the levels they suggested, which had raised my expectations unrealistically, despite best efforts and a desultory scattering of people at the auction. As the saying goes, the market spoke! However, being a fair price in current market it would have been foolish to turn it down. Thank You Jeremy and Fletchers Team.

We did not deal much with Jeramy in regard to the market and property prices. Timeliness in responding was perfect. Something we really appreciate about Jeremy - Jeremy organized a separate visit to the property for my children at our request after the auction, and that was excellent.
