Jeremy and Spring from Fletchers conveyed a great depth of knowledge of the market and movement in the market given the interest rate rises. Their detailed knowledge of relevant properties, types of potential buyers and specific buyer motivations regarding our properties definitely proved to be accurate. Fletchers advised and speedily organised via their assistant Allison the trades that we needed so that we could get the properties ready for market in a timely manner. Outstanding service!

We have engaged with David Taylor and his brother, John, from Fletchers Real Estate a number of times now, for a good reason. They are very professional in their approach to selling real estate, and are very effective communicators as well. They give wise counsel, yet are also open to including our input to their recommendations. I strongly recommend calling them with your real estate needs.
