Spring is the ultimate professional agent. We gave her a hard task, taking over from another agent who had no results after a 10 week campaign. Spring came in with a very clear strategy, some sound advice to make our home more buyer ready, and she worked hard – really hard. VIP Opening, weekday openings, weekend openings on both Saturday and Sunday, and keeping us informed every step along the way. After 3 weeks, she came to us with 4 good offers, then negotiated the offers during the day and closed the deal above our expectations. In a fluctuating market, Springs strategy and hard work yielded an excellent outcome.
