Jeremy has the patient to neg and neg with the buyer to reach our intended $$. During mtgs he made it very clear to us the situation of the current mkt & gave a very good strategy to attract more prospective buyers' interest to come for the auction.

Jeremy was a fabulous support to us when we sold our property. He was honest and very knowledgeable at all times about the market and his support was always timely with nothing too much when we needed extra reassurance. He guided us through the process and on the day of our auction his auctioneering skills gave us a result that exceeded our expressions. All along the way we felt in good hands.

Jeremy supported our sale in a very professional manner from Day1 until property was sold. He supported us to sell our property at a time when the market had clearly cooled and we managed to sell at a price we were very happy with. Always replied to phone calls and txt messages promptly and open communication. On auction day we simply trusted his advice based on his experience and I’m glad we did.
