I really enjoyed my experience with Rob, he was a fantastic agent. He kept me up to date throughout the entire campaign, was incredibly easy to deal with, nothing was ever a problem and he wasn’t the typical “pushy” agent. I couldn’t recommend Rob highly enough and would definitely use him as my first choice for all future sales, thank you for making the process so easy and stress free.

We interviewed many local estate Agents before selecting Ben Williams of Fletchers Blackburn to sell our home. Thus we consider we are in a position to provide a considered appraisal of why we selected Ben to sell our home. We were most impressed by his honesty and quiet professionalism, his extensive knowledge of the local market and what steps we needed to take to make our home more attractive to potential purchasers. Ben in comparison to other agents did not inflate the possible value of our property, and his assessment was very realistic. Ben's selection of stylists, gardiners, cleaners, photographers, etc, proved he provided the best people to prepare our home for sale. His attention to detail was exceptional and the assistance he provided to my wife and I in explaining the financial steps after the completion of the sale was outstanding, My wife and i would be very pleased to give recommendation to any prospective vendors to engage Ben as their selling agent.

We highly recommend Jeremy to anyone thinking about selling their home. Jeremy is very honest, makes pragmatic recommendations, is very affable and reliable, and extremely pleasant to deal with. We have used Jeremy now a few times and will not go to any other agent in our area. We know he treats not just us but potential buyers respectfully and works to get the best outcome for all concerned. Jeremy is an asset to Fletcher's and sets a high standard for real estate agents generally.

Thomas did an amazing job in the sale of my property. I cant thank Thomas enough for the truly amazing result he achieved on my property. It was Thomas's complete professionalism and attention to detail that saw us achieve a sale price well beyond anyone's wildest dream, certainly mine! His tireless work ethic was clearly shown when he was dealing with a potential buyers enquiries/demands at almost midnight the night before my auction. This showed to me I had an agent on my side that is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve the ultimate result for his client. Thomas is a terrific agent and I highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Thomas
