Professional, knowledgable & available
We would strongly recommend Nick to any Vendors considering selling. Nick has terrific insight into the local market, as well as the broader market. We greatly valued his advice though the process. We found Nick always returned calls, went the extra mile to sound out and sort though prospective buyers, and was very patient in managing negotiations. He is very professional in his approach and handled the sale of our biggest asset with great care and attention.

Great agent and team
Nicholas and his team were outstanding in every aspect of our sale.His suggestion to spend money improving the property for sale to get a better price was a great idea and helped to make a quick and profitable sale.We achieved more than our nominated price range and our home sold within 10 days.All up a great result.I could not speak highly enough of their communication and updates along with their professionalism .A great team in all aspects.Highly recommended

Amazing Customer Experience
From the moment we met with Nicholas we knew that he was the agent for us. Communication with him was easy, open and honest and we felt we could trust him with the sale of our house. The process to get to sale ran smoothly, we had a styling consultant come and help us set our home up for sale, photographs were taken and we got to have input into the marketing side of our campaign. Once we went to market it just got better, we had very successful open houses (despite being on the market in winter). We sold our house in under 4 weeks and got a price we were thrilled with. I can not recommend Nicholas and his staff at Fletchers Doreen enough they handled our sale with exceptional professionalism and we would not hesitate to use them for any future sales we need to make.

Jon has been fantastic since we first met him, he is honest, professional and friendly and made us feel comfortable with the entire selling process. Jon continually updated us often several times a week and provided helpful advice when needed. The fletchers team have been wonderful to deal with and we are glad to have chosen them to successfully sell our home.

Professional, customer focused and goes above and beyond.
Nick and the team at Fletcher's are extremely professional and customer focused. Nick came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. He is an excellent communicator and is with you every step of the way. He ensures you are comfortable throughout the process and will go above and beyond to get the best result possible. We also had a very positive experience of dealing with Nick as a potential buyer, having attended several of his open house's over the last year. We knew that potential buyers of our property would be impressed and his style would get us the best result possible.
