Selling or Buying, work with Nicholas Matkin!
I have had the experience of working with Nicholas Matkin on both sides of the fence; as a potential buyer and also as a vendor. My first professional interaction with Nicholas was when he acting on behalf of a vendor for a house my wife and wanted to purchase and subsequently put an offer on. I was impressed with how professional Nicholas was and how the more we talked to him the more we wanted to buy the property. Although we weren’t successful, we were treated us well, with fairness and respect. Nicholas also acted with full integrity, he never slipped hints or undermined his vendors campaign. The purchasing experience gave us confidence that he was the right agent to sell our house. Again he and his team were professional, methodical and a pleasure to deal with. There were no flashy claims to win us over, only a realistic appraisal based on comparable sales and qualified insights on how to present our house in its best light. Acting on Nicholas and his team’s advice we made some minor changes to make our house marketable to the most amount of buyers and improved our staging; which we believed made a massive difference to our campaign. Ultimately we are incredibly happy with result from Nick and his team and wouldn’t hesitate recommending him.

Proactive, Professional, Friendly & Straightforward
My husband and I recently purchased our first home, marketed by Jon. We had inspected a few homes in the area which Jon was marketing and at each property, Jon was always very well informed, honest in terms of property limitations and benefits, never put on the hard sell but rather always presented a very straightforward view without trying to bamboozle us with information, or sell an unrealistic dream. He was always happy to answer questions in a thoughtful manner and ultimately guided us to the home that we ended up purchasing, after listening to our feedback at other properties and understanding what we aspired to attain. Throughout the settlement process, Jon has been very proactive, reasonable and professional and the experience we have benefited from has surpassed our expectations, given that along the inspection journey not all of the agents we encountered were optimal. I would not hesitate to recommend Jon as an exceptional agent who strives to go above and beyond for his clients.
