We were so impressed with the way Dimitri handled every aspect of our sale from start to finish. Dimitri understood exactly how to position the property, read the market, and adapt the strategy throughout the campaign to achieve the best possible result.

Sardeep did well selling the property in a hard market. He also negotiated an earlier settlement which was helpful for me.

I recently sold my apartment at 115 Neerim Road, Glen Huntly, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outcome. After interviewing more than half a dozen agents over 3-years, I chose Dimitri, as his advice was practical and his strategy for positioning the property in the current market was spot on. We went-through off-market and on-market campaign. As I was based overseas throughout the entire on-market campaign after I cleared the apartment when the tenant vacated, I needed an agent I could trust implicitly to manage the process in my absence. Dimitri was extremely reliable, handling every aspect of the sale with total professionalism and keeping me fully informed at every step. The communication was seamless. Key highlights of the experience included: Speed & Price: The apartment sold remarkably quickly, securing the market-appropriate price I was seeking in a very short timeframe. Optimal Terms: Dimitri successfully negotiated an unconditional contract with a short settlement, providing exactly the certainty I required. Effective Marketing: The marketing costs were very reasonable and highly effective. This was evident in the fast turnaround—from the moment the tenant vacated to staging the apartment—to achieve a professional, market-oriented presentation. I highly recommend Dimitri for his dedicated service and ability to deliver results under any circumstances.
