Great experience
She was helpful thorough out the process. Opened the door for inspection on multiple dates. Contacted and solved issues with current owner quickly.

A bit meh - wouldn’t recommend
Overall I wasn’t that satisfied with Dimitri and wouldn’t be recommending Fletchers to vendors. Dimitri and other Fletchers agents were often late to inspections and did not provide me with a high level of confidence.

Helpful, great communication
I recently purchased a property sold by Dimitri and the Glen Eira Fletchers team. I am pleased to say I was very happy with the experience, from inspection through to settlement. When an issue arose (no fault of the agent), Dimitri and the team handled these promptly and professionally. No question or request was too much effort. Thank you

Straighforward agents are rare.
Dimitri was most helpful, prompt and even kind. No messing about with acceptable offers. My daughter and I felt he was genuinely happy for her in finding her first home.

Sale of 13/43 Royal Avenue Glen Huntly
I approached Dimitri as he had the sale of another unit at the above address. He was able to find a purchaser without me spending any money on advertising, which was a considerable saving. He handled the negotiations without putting me under any pressure and I was satisfied with the result. He was very professional in my dealings with him and I would use him again if the need arises.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Dimitri.
My experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. Dimitri was always available at any time to answer my questions and give updates on what was happening with my property. Even under challenging Covid restrictions he was able to achieve great results for my property. He has a wealth of experience and understands the real estate market.
