I approached Dimitri as he had the sale of another unit at the above address. He was able to find a purchaser without me spending any money on advertising, which was a considerable saving. He handled the negotiations without putting me under any pressure and I was satisfied with the result. He was very professional in my dealings with him and I would use him again if the need arises.

Went Beyond the Limits of just being professional
Dimitri is an exceptional individual and genuinely cared about us throughout the whole process. This started from the very early outset of helping us with giving notice to the tenants, advising us on how to present the property for sale, the display photographs, managing the sales campaign and showing the property to prospective buyers during the Covid19 restrictions. Two weeks prior to the auction, Dimitri's wife unexpectedly gave birth and he had to take some time off. Even during his absence he took the initiative to keep in touch with us and keep us posted. In Dimitri's absence, Sardeep Singh took over and he too did an exceptional job in a professional and very caring manner. I would state and know that without their dedication and efforts we would have got a much lower price at auction. We have no hesitation in recommending either Dimitri or Sardeep to anyone.

Great sales result
