At first I was hesitant to appoint Sardeep and his associate, Dimitri, in view of the greater presence other real estate agents in the area. After a number of discussions with Sardeep, I felt comfortable enough with Sardeep and went with my gut feel. Sardeep was true to his word to work hard, to keep me in the loop, to act in my best interest and keep costs and expenses to a minimum. Of course, I must do my part in having done enough research and to maintain the property in good order. Sardeep is only a phone call away to attend to my queries. Never pushy or unnecessarily opiniated, I find Sardeep to be genuine in his advice and demonstrated deep industry and technical knowledge. I am glad I went with Sardeep. Would I appoint Sardeep again for a transaction in a location he is familiar with, the answer is a clear yes.
