cant recommend highly enough
patient tireless agent who worked hard with our best interest in mind .Constantly in contact and always obliging David could not have done a better job and if we have need again we will not look past David or Michael his partner

Happy with result of sale
We have known David for many years. He is very energetic and knows his business well. He is pleasant to deal with and communicates very effectively and frequently on progress of inspections, negotiations with buyers etc. We were pleased with the result of our sale.

Patience and Experience

A conservative and very capable Agent
Harold did an excellent job in promoting and selling our property. Having dealt with Harold when buying our property in Neville St. East Bentleigh, there was never a doubt that Harold was to be our Agent for selling. As we used a Vendor Advocate our dealings with Harold were at times third party but at all other times he was helpful, respectful and an excellent communicator. My wife and I will be forever grateful to Harold. A job very well done

Michael does what he says
Michael stands out as an agent, because of his honesty. This was demonstrated by property he sold to us at auction and throughout the sales campaign. For example, the property went on the market within the range he quoted all the way through the advertising period. He was responsive to our terms requests. He did not try to oversell the property, he was frank about its flaws. It was a pleasure to deal with Michael and we will give him our business in the future.
