Although the our price reserve was not reached we were happy with the auction result as it was within our price range. We interviewed 3 other agents prior to interviewing Rino & Damian in my opinion one gave us an undervalued price range, another did not seem very interested & the other wanted monies spent on the property to make selling the property easier. We could see Rino & Damian were very interested in selling the property & they had contacts with developers which was vital in the selling of this property.

Damian & Reno showed genuine interest in marketing the property & suggested a reasonable sale price.
