Although the reserve price was not reached we were happy with the action results. We interviewed 3 other local agents & in my opinion, they either underquoted, wanted further monies spent on the property to make their job easier or made other excuses. Damian & Reno showed genuine interest in marketing the property & suggested a reasonable sale price. They also indicated they had contacts with developers which was vital in the sale of this property.
