I had heard good reviews about Daiman and Fletchers real estate but they didn't have an office in my area so I called Daiman to discuss him selling my house in an area he was not familiar with and he assured me it would be fine. To his credit he came out for the first initial meeting and he was very professional had already researched the property market in Flemington and he knew what the market was doing from day one. We received over our reserve on auction day so I would highly recommend Daiman to any body that was thinking about selling their house.

We spoke to numerous agents prior to selling our house and Ben was the one for us from the first meeting. His style is relaxed, approachable, friendly and professional, not the overt salesman just trying to get a commission out of us. After signing on he and his team led us painlessly through what can be a very stressful time. His assistant Jeanne spent as much time as was required to assist in getting the marketing campaign just right and the style consultant helped get our house looking spot on. Ben's style engaged with our potential buyers in a manner that was informative and relaxed rather than pushy. We had expectations of how Ben would run the auction and he did a spectacular job. Daiman and his team were not chosen by accident. Accordingly my wife Mary and I were more than satisfied by the experience.
