We cannot recommend Mark Fletcher highly enough! Mark recently helped us both buy and sell property and displayed excellent skill and knowledge in negotiation and market knowledge and introduced us to the amazing team at Fletchers.

We had the pleasure of working with Rino to purchase our new home in September 2016. He was by far one of the most knowledgeable people about the neighborhood in which we were looking to purchase. Rino did a great job explained the process step by step and coached us through the process (1st time buyers). We are super happy with the place we bought and really appreciative of Rino's help. We would absolutely recommend working with him.I recommend him highly and would work with him again in future.

Bev Waterbury has been lovely to do business with, I always feel confident in the information that Bev provides and that she will get back to me with answers to queries quickly and with the minimum of fuss. I highly recommend Bev Waterbury.

Robin Waterbury has been wonderful throughout the sales process. In the beginning we contacted Robin and asked him some questions about various options for our property, what I expected to be a five minute phone call, become a relaxed meeting at out place with Robin more than happy to discuss options and give advice. We did not go ahead with the sale of our property at that time and pursued a alternative direction for awhile. A few months later we changed our mind and Robin had our home sold almost before the paint dried. Robin continues to be very pleasant to deal with and always responds to messages and returns calls, he continues to be very helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend Robin to everyone.
Robin Waterbury
Bev along with Robin have the knowledge and experience that give you lots of confidence that you have made the right choice when selecting an agent. There is no hard sell, no pushy behaviour, it's like sitting down with a good friend that you hvaen't seen for a few years, the conversations just flow on and on
Bev Waterbury
Robin was fantastic through the whole process, great communication and really knows his stuff. You won't find a more genuine real estate agent. On a scale of 1 to 10 he was a 12.

Mark was 100% professional at all times. His communication was excellent and he was always available to discuss what was happening. He was always calm, professional and diplomatic and went above and beyond what we anticipated. I have no reservation in recommending Mark and his team.

As I live over 100 kms from the property I was selling, Jeremy and his personal assistant (Helen) were always willing and available to assist with anything I asked of them. Their professionalism and advice was unquestionable . The results Jeremy achieved at the auction far exceeded my expectation. I would definitely recommend Jeremy for any future prospective vendors within the area.

Our experience of Jeremy was extremely positive. His guidance and efforts on behalf of the 'vendor' were invaluable. Thorough and informative, affable, and respectful his manner and communication were supportive and confidence evoking. The result from the auction of the property was beyond any expectations We hope to draw on his expertise again and would recommend him highly to others.
