We had our house previously listed with another agent for 4 months and decided to refresh with a new agent, Robin, who is very familiar with the Wonga Park area and indeed appears to have achieved good results in the area. Within 3 weeks he had a buyer for our property. During this time we were on vacation overseas and Robin was able to keep us well informed of progress despite communication problems which he overcame at a crucial stage of negotiations.
